It is moist, rich in flavor, and traditionally prepared with a combination of blended fruit. Our fruit blend is generally preserved in one white Jamaican rum and two red wines from the Caribbean Islands for a year before being baked and stuffed with our signature buttercream. Perfectly spiced, this one will make a delicious addition to any meal. Many Caribbean islands serve the cake at Christmas and the Wedding Ceremony.


Our rum cakes are single serving sizes. Each 6.92 oz is individually wrapped in one box containing six mini rum cakes. Perfect on the go!

Shelf Life: Upon arrival, refrigerate for up to two weeks or store in the freezer for up to a year. Remove from the refrigerator a few hours before serving or longer from the freezer. Serve and Indulge!
