Frequently Asked Questions
We are a home-based bakery; therefore, orders may take 24 to 72 hours to be ready. We ask for a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) advance notice. Pastries will be made within 24 hours of your order and delivered or shipped the same day or up to 72 hours. You can place your order by phone or website.
Give the original invoice number, and we’ll change or cancel it without penalty if the cancellation is made 24 hours before the delivery date. Changes or cancellations with less than 24-hour notice would be subjected to 50% of the pastries price. We only make changes or cancellations Monday-Friday.
We offer a five-dollar delivery fee for Columbus, GA, and the greater Fort Benning area. An additional delivery fee may apply to the other surrounding areas. Delivery time averages 30-60 minutes. Delivery times are from 9:30 am-4:30 pm Monday thru Friday. We do our best to notify you of any changes or delays. Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday Orders
Due to the high demand for orders for Thanksgiving and Christmas, we suggest ordering your pastries as early as possible to ensure timely arrival. Due to many packages delivered during the holidays and unpredictable weather, USPS will not always guarantee on-time delivery.
Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or call me at 706-773-0912 during business hours. Include the date of your event, the number of flavors and sizes of the pastries you want to order, and any questions. I will reply to your email within 24 hours. Note: A deposit is required for all large orders.
Cultural Pastry & Delights is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, COVID, local carrier missed scans, inaccurate /incomplete shipping information, or anything considered to be an act of God. We do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is, therefore, entirely outside our control. Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order. No returns, refunds, or cancellations are allowed on any shipped orders. All sales are final.
At Cultural Pastry & Delights, we value every customer and prepare each pastry with that value in mind. Our larger pastries are wrapped and shipped in a tin can to ensure structural integrity. At Cultural Pastry & Delights, we send our pastries through the United States Postal Services, Priority Mail. We ship packages in the State of Georgia based on total shipping weight, size, and destination zip code.

We accept Major Credit Cards and PayPal. All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, fuel prices, and unforeseen economic circumstances.
