Welcome to our cozy, home-based bakery! We’re excited to bake something special just for you. To ensure every pastry is fresh and handcrafted with care, we kindly ask for:
⏳ Minimum 48-hour (2-day) advance notice for all orders
⏱️ Most orders take 24–72 hours to prepare
🥮 All pastries are baked within 24 hours of delivery

Holiday Orders
Thanksgiving & Christmas Local Delivery: The Holidays Are Our Busiest Season! To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing your order early.
Local Delivery Available In: Columbus, GA, Phenix City, Fort Moore, and surrounding areas (small delivery fee applies)

We understand life happens!, Free changes or cancellations: With at least 24 hours’ notice before delivery. Fees apply: Less than 24 hours’ notice → 50% charge of the pastry total. Available Monday–Friday for support.

Shipping & Refund Policy
We ship nationwide within the United States using USPS. Important Shipping Notice: Cultural Pastry & Delights is not responsible for delays due to:
Weather or natural disasters, High package volume or holiday traffic, Mechanical issues or missed scans, Strikes or transit interruptions, Incorrect or incomplete addresses, Events considered “Acts of God.”
No signature required. USPS determines package placement. Perishable Item Policy:
Because every product is freshly baked to order, all sales are final.
No returns, refunds, or cancellations for shipped orders. We package carefully to ensure
freshness and safe arrival.
