Frequently Asked Questions

Place Orders: Welcome to our cozy, home-based bakery! We’re excited to bake something special just for you. To ensure every pastry is fresh and made with care, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) advance notice. Most orders take 24–72 hours to prepare, and we promise your treats will be baked within 24 hours of delivery. You can place your order easily by calling 706-773-0912 or visiting our website. We can’t wait to serve you!

Holiday Orders – Thanksgiving & Christmas (Local)

Our Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons are bustling, so we recommend placing your orders as early as possible to ensure timely delivery.
We offer local delivery in Columbus, GA, and the surrounding Fort Moore area for a small fee.


Delivery Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Holiday Orders – Thanksgiving & Christmas (Shipping)

If you’re shipping your holiday pastries, we recommend ordering well in advance to account for the busy USPS season and possible weather delays. While USPS cannot guarantee on-time holiday delivery, we’ll do our best to assist with any shipping questions or tracking updates.

Special Event Orders

Hosting a wedding, birthday, or corporate event? We’d love to make the occasion even sweeter!

  • Event date

  • Flavors & sizes you’d like

  • Any special requests or questions

We respond to all event inquiries within 24 hours.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the option to pay the balance in full immediately.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that plans change! If you provide your invoice number, we can modify or cancel your order at no charge, provided you give us at least 24 hours’ notice before delivery. Changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the pastry price. Our team is available to make changes or handle cancellations Monday through Friday. Shipping & Refund Processing Policy

We proudly ship our baked goods within the United States using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Please note: Cultural Pastry & Delights is not responsible for transit delays caused by high package volume, weather conditions, mechanical issues, strikes, natural disasters, missed scans, inaccurate or incomplete shipping details, or any circumstances considered “Acts of God.”

We do not require a signature upon delivery. Package placement is at the discretion of the USPS delivery driver and is outside of our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is complete and accurate before submitting an order.

Because our products are perishable and made-to-order:

  • All sales are final

  • No returns, refunds, or cancellations are accepted for shipped orders
