Our banana nut rum cake is smooth and fluffy, prepared with fresh, ripe tropical bananas, infused with the best-aged Jamaican dark rum from the Caribbean Islands, and finished with toasted pecans. A sweet treat smothered in an irresistible rum sauce. It is a beautiful dessert any time of the year.

Shelf Life: Upon arrival, refrigerate for up to two weeks or store in the freezer for up to six months. Remove from the refrigerator a few hours before serving or longer from the freezer. Serve and indulge!
