Our banana nut rum cake has a smooth, fluffy texture. It is crafted with fresh, ripe tropical bananas and infused with premium-aged Jamaican dark rum sourced from the Caribbean Islands. The cake is topped with toasted pecans and drizzled with a delicious rum sauce, making it a delightful dessert for any occasion.

 

9-inch Cake Serving 12-18 slices.

 

Ingredients: Organic unbleached flour, fresh banana, Jamaican dark rum, organic canola oil, organic sugars, pasture-raised eggs, organic butter, baking powder, pecans, salt, spices, and pure vanilla.

 

Shelf Life: 3 weeks in a sealed container, Freezer for up to 1 year.

If stored in the freezer, remove it from the refrigerator a few hours before serving or longer. Serve and enjoy!

 

Shipping: Our cakes are securely wrapped in plastic and delivered in a classic round gift tin.
