It is made using a mix of fresh fruits preserved in one type of white rum and two varieties of red wine for a year before baking. Wonderfully spiced, this cake beautifully complements any meal. Ingredients: Organic Unbleached Flour, Jamaican White Rum, Jamaican Sherry Wine, Jamaican Red Wine, Mixed Fruits, Fresh Lemon, Organic Sugars, Organic Butter, Browning, Baking Powder, Salt, Spice, and Pure Vanilla Extract.
Shelf Life: 3 weeks in a sealed container, Freezer for up to 1 year. Remove from the refrigerator a few hours before serving or longer from the freezer. Serve and indulge!
