Our soft, fluffy, bright, pink, and bold strawberry lemon rum cake has freshly squeezed lemons, lemon zest, and fresh, ripe, sweet chunks of strawberries with a delicate flavor. It is infused with the best-aged Jamaican rum from the Caribbean Islands. Baked with the finest ingredients and topped with a rum sauce. A refreshing, perfect spring, summer rum cake, or any time of the year!

Our cakes are carefully sealed with plastic wrap and packaged in a classic round gift tin.


Shelf Life: Upon arrival, refrigerate for up to two weeks or store in the freezer for up to six months. Remove from the refrigerator a few hours before serving or longer from the freezer. Serve and indulge!
