Our deliciously moist, aromatic sweet potato rum cake welcomes a holiday dessert treat. To perfection, it is loaded with locally- sourced roasted sweet potato, and warm spices, made with the best-aged Jamaican rum from the Caribbean Islands, and topped with an irresistible rum sauce—a fall cozy comfort with family and friends.

Shelf Life: Upon arrival, refrigerate for up to two weeks or store in the freezer for up to six months. Remove from the refrigerator a few hours before serving or longer from the freezer. Serve and Indulge! Our cakes are sealed with plastic wrap and packaged in a round tin.
